We have some larger outreaches, where about 10% of the outreach fails for certain contacts. Is there anything that can be done about this? And how do we go about fixing this.

Do you have more details in the Analytics as to why they are bouncing? I would also look through and see if those same contacts had emails bounce in the past. If they didn't bounce before and now they are, those customers may have changed their mail server configurations.
To debug the issue could you please provide us the logs from execution history. Follow the screenshot to get the logs.

One thing to note is that it will show "Failed" if the user/contact is not eligible to receive that message. Say you have the frequency set to once in 90 days, but a contact is still in that powerlist. It will not send it to them and show as "failed" in that listing.

I was actually going to post another question about this because it seems like an ongoing issue where a ton of our users don't receive our emails because of bounce or rejection. Do we know the main causes for this because it seems like a ton of users are being left out from a lot of our outreaches. I am attaching a screenshot of an outreach that went out today where over 200 users did not receive the outreach mostly due to bounce or rejection.
