First Survey 2.0 created, but results not showing in the C360 for customers

Do I have to enable soemthign to start showing these results?

I'm still only seeing my Survey 1.0 NPS/Survey repsonses on my customer's 360 page.

Hi,

You have to enable "NATIVE_SURVEY_PRIMARY" in customsettings.

Steps to do this :

1. Go to Setup

2. Search for "custom settings" in the left nav search area ,

3. Click manage on "Feature Configuration"

4. click edit on "NATIVE_SURVEY_PRIMARY"

5. check the enable checkbox.

Thank you so much! This worked, but doing that removes all the old NPS data. Is there no way to have them both?


At once you can get data either from Survey 1.0 or Survey 2.0. In order to get both together, we recommend to use the migration utilities and bring data from 1.0 to 2.0.

Thanks for your answer @azhar_uddin.

@piyushmadhukar we are not ready to migrate everything yet and we need to keep Survey 1.0 answers accessible in C360.

How can I get access to survey responses from the Survey 2.0 interface? Under Analyze, I only see answers to the first question. Our new survey has 10 quesitons (I know, that's a lot!).
