How does the GS assist plug-in work?
Does the plug-in work exclusively on the entire email address of a client? Is it possible to map just the domain? We are emailing some clients that are not our primary POC's and as a result, emails are not getting mapped correctly.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
