Gainsight +Championc Integartion

In the Gainsight Marketplace, I noticed that Champion is listed as having a direct integration with Gainsight. However, I haven't seen Champion available among my connectors.
Is this a native connector that should be available within Gainsight, or is it an integration that is configured from the Champion side with Gainsight?
If anyone can provide some clarification or share their experience with this integration, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Champion integration listed in the Gainsight Marketplace is categorized as a "Direct Integration," which means it is not a native connector that you configure from within Gainsight's Connectors 2.0 menu. Instead, the integration is initiated and managed from the Champion side, and Champion pushes advocate data (such as activation status, activation date, and reference readiness) directly into your Gainsight instance.

This is why you won't see Champion as an available connector within your Gainsight admin panel.

Since the configuration is guided by the Champion team, your best bet is to reach out to your Champion account rep or their support team and ask how to get the Gainsight integration set up for your environment. They'll be able to walk you through the specifics!
