Apologies if this lives elsewhere, I couldn’t find a straight answer. In what release can we expect the updates to the CS <> Insided integration? We are going live soon with Insided and was looking to see if it is worth just waiting for the new integration or setting it up as is currently.

As a part of our upcoming 6.36 release we are planning to get the Insided data into the Gainsight. The purpose of this enhancement is to exchange information bi-directionally to assist in driving customer success.

Below are few key benefits:

  • Displays community data in the C360 dashboard for a more accurate picture of the customer journey
  • Provides a quick view into community activity among individual users at the company level
  • Identify super users and drive digital CS practices with user segments from Community
  • Enables companies to combine their CS and community data to drive customer success strategies at scale

How to enable it: You need to submit a Support ticket to enable this capability (include your inSided Tenant id)

Release notes 6.36 which will provide more context on this and will be available on April 29,2023

Also other than the above you can also get Insided data into Gainsight via SFDC connector or S3, you will be able to find these solutions in Sightline Vault.
