Gainsight|Khoros Integration

Hi Team,

 

I just wanted to know how we integrate to other community platforms like Khoros. Any best practices that you can suggest?

      I’m a Khoros alumnus, though while I was there we didn’t explore employing Khoros community data into Gainsight.

      Tagging @andreammelde for awareness and possible thoughts or ideas.

      Making people their best....currently disguised as a CS Ops Architect. How can I contribute to your success?

        @aktripathi great question!

         

        Currently no Khoros customer has asked for an integration from Khoros but it’s possible some have build something from our out of the box API access.   We’d be happy to work with any Khoros customer to scope a custom integration, or we can share information on our bulk data API. Ultimately, the answer on how we integrate would depend on which data they want to pull and how they’d want to use in Gainsight processes.  

         

        Internally we have some of our community data from Atlas feed into our data tools and those can be used in Gainsight as event triggers for Journey Orchestrator/ Rules, or displayed in account or user data.
