Gainsight's August 5.17 release was pushed today to all customer orgs receiving automatic upgrades. This release includes:









  • Summarize the date fields by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, and Year across all of the Gainsight application areas







  • Option to populate the Success Plans Gantt charts based on the Objectives/Tasks Start Date and due date.







  • Delete participants' records from Programs and also from Outreaches as a part of Company/Relationship delete operation







  • Users can now select null as a value when selecting filters for email variants. 







  • Program Pause option is temporarily disabled







  • Journey Analytics page is renamed to Program Analytics. This page displays data across Programs for each customer and contact.

The next release is scheduled to go out to Sandbox orgs on October 3, and Production orgs on October 16.

I'm excited for the FUTURE update when we can automate the start dates 🙂 But giving CSMs the ability to manually change the start date is a great start! 😃
