Gainsight Usage Report - Habits

Hello there,

I had previously been receiving weekly reports called Gainsight Habits, that detailed page access and defined lime, yellow, red users. I haven't been getting them for some time and I am wondering if this is something that is no longer offered for customers or, perhaps, I have a misconfiguration.

Has anyone seen these reports and could advise?
