Generic NPS Survery

Hello @MelissaC , Gainsight provides different types of Program Models that can be used to send surveys. Here is the helpful support article link on Available Models for Programs.

@Ravinder Singh  Sorry I meant to ask if there are any generic templates for surveys in GS or do I need to create my own?

@MelissaC We don’t have email templates available out of the box. You would have to create one from scratch. Here is the support article link on the Email Templates. 

If you are looking to send NPS survey from Gainsight. Do check out Sightline Vault, here you would find readily available solutions which one can install.
