Hello!
I published my first Journey last week, and am finding that many participants were removed from the journey for the following reason: Participant has unsubscribed from one or more categories.
Assuming that the reason means that the participants had unsubscribed, I created an Unsubscribed Emails Report to cross-check. However, most of the JO participants dropped due to “Participant has unsubscribed from one or more categories” do not appear on the Unsubscribed Emails Report?
What am I missing? Is there another reason a particpant would be dropped and the reason appear as “Participant has unsubscribed from one or more categories”
