Getting error when trying to export success snapshot that no success snapshots exist when they do

When trying to export a Success Snapshot I get the following error (attached) but when I check in the Admin Console I see the Success Snapshot created.  Can you pls help?

I feel like this happens sporadically and I don't know how we can get it to work consistently...
