Hi, We have a supporting CSM role in our environment, and these people assist the CSM with administrative tasks on their key accounts. Can I set up a company to be co-owned by two CSMs?

I’m not sure that it suits all of your needs but I’ve worked at a couple of organizations where we’ve created a secondary CSM field. Naming conventions could include Alternate CSM, Secondary CSM, Backup CSM, etc. We then include that field in workflow and reporting and also make it filter-able on dashboards.
