Hi everyone - we had a CSM that wasn’t seeing any of her Gong calls come over to Gainsight, and in checking the integration, i didn’t see them coming over there either.

She was having issues with Gong so she needed to manually upload her calls to the Gong system.

Should we expect those come over (is this a bug?) or is that a limitation of the integration?

Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned, the calls aren’t syncing for your CSM. Is this issue occurring with all calls or just one user’s calls not syncing to the timeline?

It is one user I know of, but may be more although I haven’t heard from others yet.


@amasica1217 I believe this might be a user issue. I recommend checking the Gong integration with our Gainsight support team. You can email them about the issue at support@gainsight.com, and the team will provide a resolution. I hope this helps.
