Group Send - SF Visibility

We really love the Group Send functionality and see great time savings in our CS org being able to reach out to customers this way. One key requirement for us as a business, is for us to have visibility in SF of any customer communications via email/phone. 

Since Group Send emails sync to SF as tasks, the email contents are not displayed.

We use bcc to SF addresses for any email outreach, however I understand that admin can set a bcc field. Each SF user has their own unique bcc to SF address. 

Is anyone using Group Send functionality and has visibility of the emails sent in SF?

Hi ​@HayleyBarry Currently, as you mentioned Gainsight does not support syncing content back to SFDC in the group send feature which is a limitation. The only way is syncing them as tasks and also having the BCC address configured for Group send.
