Hi Gainsight team,
I’m trying to understand whether Group Send supports sharing the logic behind a Dynamic List across users.
From the documentation, lists in Group Send are user-specific, and each user can only view/manage their own lists. Dynamic Lists are based on saved filters, but I’m not seeing a way to share that saved list logic/query with other users.
Our use case is that multiple CSMs may need the same audience logic, but only for their own permitted book of business. Ideally, one list definition could be reused, while the actual audience would resolve separately for each user based on their book of business.
Right now, it looks like the only option is for each user to recreate the same Dynamic List manually, which is not ideal from a consistency and scalability perspective.
Is there any way today to share/reuse Dynamic List logic across users? If not, I’d love to submit this as an enhancement request.
