Are you able to send an email template with an inline NPS survey question in it through GS Assist?

Hi @MelissaC 

In Gainsight Assist, you most definitely cannot send an email with a non-anonymous survey, because it can’t generate a non-anonymous survey link.

And because you can’t link the survey question in your template to a survey, I don’t think Email Assist in Cockpit would enable you to do that either. You could if you didn’t have the in-line question.
