Im looking to hire an owner of our CRM platform specifically ...owning the strategy, reliability, performance, security, and availability of Solventum’s Customer Success OS platform. This includes road mapping platform enhancements. This is an ops role but fluency across CS is a nice to have.
This role will also get to be a thought partner for our larger group (Global Commercial Excellence) in agentic workflows.
