We have added three new fields as widgets in the R360 layout. The widget boxes look good and are properly aligned when viewed in the full-page layout. However, when viewing the account preview in the half-page layout, the widgets do not align as well and the overall appearance looks inconsistent.

Could you please check if there is a way to maintain the same view, spacing, and alignment in the smaller/half-page view as we have in the full-page view?

It would be great if we could have a consistent layout across both views.
Thank You

    Hi Shilpa,

Thanks for your post. You're right, there are a few limitations with the Mini 360 (360 in Sidebar). In the sidebar you can personalize which sections are pinned and their order, up to a maximum of 5. For the Summary widgets, users can choose which widgets are displayed using the Settings icon on the Summary tab, but there is no option to pin, reorder or resize them.

As noted in our documentation: "360 in Sidebar auto-aligns the widgets. As a result, their sizes and order may vary to optimize the layout and minimize white space for improved visibility." This is why the three new field widgets appear differently than they do in the full-page R360. There is currently no admin setting to change this.

If you'd like to see more control here in future, you can submit an idea at https://communities.gainsight.com/ideas so our Product team can consider it.
