The Takeaways feature scans through the surveys and timeline (wherever a feedback is provided in form of text) and provides a positive or negative sentiment based on the same.
I believe this is particularly helpful to identify any gaps in the product, based on the number of common feedback responses detected through surveys and timeline notes and ranks the commonly raised issues with a count which you can click through and find more details for the same and take action accordingly. I’ve attached a small gif here which tells how you can find more actionable data by clicking through the highlights and view further details of where the feedback was provided.
