Hi teams, often times I get a request to provide a list of all active CTA for a specific group/teams but there are several teams with a variety of CTA’s. What is a best practice or report to get this information? I also get this request for playbooks, is there a report I can run to show all playbooks available?

Hi @gabrielaarenas
Question #1 is a bit complicated and I don’t think there is a straightforward way to get that info. As labels are not a thing at the moment, a best practice is to name your rules with a prefix to identify them (eg [MD], [CTA], [Score]). Using a Configuration Details Report you can get all CTA rules (Rules tab) and then either store in a Shared Sheet, in a low volume object, external system like Confluence… And maintain it manually with the data that you need. There is not one size fits all response and I'm sure a more experienced Admin than me can chime in to share their experience 😊

For #2, you can use the Playbooks tab of the Configuration Details export [path: Analyzer → Configuration Home → Export Tab  (Assets Counts + Details)]. That report is a savior.

Hope this helps
