I am working on demonstrating the effectiveness of our engagement outreaches. I would like to correlate an outreach that we completed against support tickets made. Unfortunately, the Email Logs object does not have any account level fields available for reporting.
I am guessing there is a way to do this with Data Spaces or MDA, but those are foreign to me as of yet. Anyone have some guidance? Even a nudge in the right direction would be great, I can toy around with stuff from there.
