Hi Everyone,

In a cockpit custom view, with group by type and sort by due date, if this config returns more than 1000 records,  discrepancies are seen in the number of records by type when we click on due date to sort by ASC or DESC. Actually this may occur for sort. by any field if the result set is more than 1000.

This is due to the reason that when the sort is done, the number of records that fall in the first 1000, only those CTAs will be shown in UI. So that numbers and CTAs keep varying by sort and sometimes can be totally different too than the actual results

Want to understand how this is handled in customer orgs where there are huge number of CTAs.. If anyone came across such requirement, plz suggest how this was addressed so that the CSMs don't see discrepancies in numbers in the view when sorted. Thanks in advance.
