How to remove edition access for Success plan within customer version of the Spaces

Hi, 

 

We are starting to use Spaces, and customers should have access to Success Plans and Attachments.

For Success Plans, customers should have view-only access (no editing permissions).

For Attachments, customers should have the option to upload files. Is this possible?

We could perform only the below actions for spaces, overall. We cannot perform specific permissions actions in Spaces.

@Sanchita the thing is that we allow CSMs to share success plans within Spaces. But when customers access the Success plan with their user permissions which were sent by email, customers have an access to edit the success plan. How we can restrict them from editing?

Could you check if under their permission bundle assigned > success plan, do they have an ability to create SP /apply template?
