Hi,

I wanted to know if there is a way to remove “Escalation Email from NPS Survey program? Can anyone suggest how to do it?

Hi Aleksandra,

You can’t disable the escalation email step in NPS survey Model . If you don’t want escalation email then make use of Generic Survey Model where you will get ability to disable the Reminder and Escalation Email.

Thank you, it works this way as well :)


Alternatively, you can just make that wait timer longer than the move on to next step timer. This will bypass the escalation as well.

You simply put in the recipients response to survey will not be considered a lower number than escalation. I.E. your will not be considered wait timer is 10 days, you put 11 days int he escalation one.
