How to report on total bounces and failed participants with their blocked reason?

I had this question as part of a different post but it should be its own.

I have concerns over the impact of Gainsight's Global Suppression list on our ability to mail to our customers. What objects can I reference that will allow me to pull a list of all program bounces, program entry failures due to being on the bounce list, and their block list reasons (ie, the reason shown under the email validator)?

AO Failed Participants will show you all failed participants from all Program.

To get the reason for a bounce, you'd need to look at Email Logs - but that will only show the reason for emails that you have sent and not an existing blacklisted email address.

Event Message in Email Logs provides the bounce reason, should anyone else be looking for this as well.
