Question

Impersonate Users in Gainsight without being a SFDC Admin

Hi All - was wondering if there’s a way to impersonate users in Gaisight without being a SFDC admin as permissions on the SFDC are quite tightly controlled.

Would be an incredibly helpful troubleshooting tool.

    Outstanding question, @simonechen. Many of us have posed that question, and as of now I don’t know of any viable, secure way to impersonate Gainsight users aside from the Salesforce feature set.
