We often see a low open rate for emails - and would like to migrate most of our adoption driving content to in-app notifications - where we know our clients will see it. I believe UserIQ allow this. Rather than using them as well, we'd prefer to get this functionality with Gainsight! I have heard this is in the pipeline. Could someone confirm if this is coming and if so, what is the timeline for release and what would be the extent (and limitations). For example, would NPS / surveys be possible to do? Thank you.

I think the primary use case our product team is starting to investigate is for surveys, but I don't think this is in the near term roadmap. At Gainsight, we actually use a third-party tool for in-app messaging.
