Hi @mattjay98 We are using the inline editing capabilities for the People section on our C360 page for CSMs to quickly tag specific contacts with roles, indicate whether they are a known contact, and tag their current disposition.  We have also used for some dashboards where we have some fields on the Company that we needed filled in on a regular cadence related to a product EOL that then triggered actions in Rules Engine.  Both have worked well for our team. 

Ah excellent! What sort of fields on the company? We have the issue where half of our CSM’s are off Salesforce, so if we ever want to change name, address etc. it’s difficult for them to do so. 

I suppose having a low custom obj with inline editing and having a rule push changes to the provider could work? is this similar to what you do but it just touches other areas of your product?
