I am a regular user of my iPad Pro, which unfortunately means I cannot configure, review, or update Programs whatsoever. The issue lies that I cannot click the pencil (edit) icon when it is on top of a item in the flow (i.e. Participants, Conditional Wait, etc.). This is an extreme annoyance!

What can we do to allow for Program configuration on a Mobile Device?

Thanks!

Reboot the iPad by using preserving down at the sleep and home buttons on the equal time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo seems - ignore the red slider - allow the pass of the buttons. you can also visit iPad Support for more information in detail.

Hey Olivia Lee,

Thanks for the note. The issue isn't with the iPad, it's with Gainsight's tool on iOS. You are unable to click on the green participants icon whatsoever on iOS. You need to be able to do that if you are setting up a program.

Looking forward to more info on mobile support!

It’s been 5 years and I am still unable to click on the edit icon on Ipad. Are we seeing to solve this in near future or do anyone have any workarounds for this?
