Inline Filter Showing NULL Records for “Greater Than” Condition

We are facing an issue with an inline filter configured on a dashboard report.

We have applied the following filter:

Value > 1000

However, the report is also displaying records where the value is NULL.

Expected behavior:
The report should display only records where the value is greater than 1000 and exclude all NULL records.

Actual behavior:
Records with NULL values are also appearing in the results.
