We're interested in exporting a dashboard as a csv as opposed to the email link given a written summary we want to provide with the report. The poor formatting features of the dashboard text box prevents us from wanting to use it.

Jackie - for a whole dashboard, we don't have an export to Excel. However, from the ReportBuilder, you can export a report to Excel.
In terms of the poor formatting of the text box, can you outline the key challenges and highlight what you would most like in terms of options, e.g. font size, text wrapping, column sizing..
