Is there a way to get a report to group by a numeric field?

I know there are some limitations to what you can group a report by, but I'm wondering if there are any workarounds.

My use case: I'm trying to create a line graph that shows the Count of Closed Renewals this Quarter by Uplift % with the lines colored by Renewals Owner - we currently have this on our SFDC Renewals Dashboard and I'm trying to recreate it in Gainsight.
