Hi,
My CSM team is adding their activities to time line and some would like to tie those entries to CTAs. However, they dont appear to have the ability to link their CTA’s to the Timeline entries or vice versa.
Is there a way to do this or is this on your roadmap?

The easiest way is to create your timeline entries from the CTA itself: https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Timeline/User_Guides/Use_Timeline_to_log_Activities
For existing records, you can configure associated records and tag them from the timeline entry https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Timeline/02Admin_Guides/Configure_Associated_Records_to_Timeline
