January Release Update: Logging Emails from JO to Timeline

Hey guys, 

I have a quick questions about 

“Enable Logging Automated Emails from JO as Timeline Activities”

Do I correctly understand that on 04.02 GS will automatically log emails to timeline for all active programs?

Also, can we load the historical data of programs to the Timeline?

@mbond to my knowledge, it won’t be automatically. There will be a checkbox on the email itself that you can toggle to turn it on. Historical emails can’t be logged, but new emails on active programs can.

    @heather_hansen I also thought so but guys in slack community gave another piece of info about making active programs automatically logged to the timeline. And was very happy about it cause we have a bunch of programs that needs to be adjusted then..
