JO Email status & analytics empty

Hello there :) 

I set up a one time JO with an email which is quite time sensitive..

However, the analytics are empty (both Dashboard and Activity).

Previously the JO passes testing, incl the Test Run with current participants.

 

What’s strange is that the JO log itself also seems to stop midway, tho marked as successful (and not in progress or failed) 

Tuesday April 28th 2026, 7:30:13 pm

Scheduled sync process is started

Tuesday April 28th 2026, 7:30:14 pm

693 participants are in review state by manual sync from data source [JO Name]

Tuesday April 28th 2026, 7:30:14 pm

693 participants are added to journey, total 0 participants are failed

Tuesday April 28th 2026, 7:30:14 pm

Source sync is completed

 

In the Analytics tab, I only get the number of participants, 693. But in the Participants over time, I get only yesterday’s draft sync.

If I click on an individual participant:

[JO Name] added [email] to the program on 4/27/2026 6:20 PM CEST

[email] started the journey on 4/28/2026 7:30 PM CEST

 

In the Activity tab, for 4/28 it shows No Data Available (tho if we look at the participants individually, we see that they entered the journey, in theory)

They don’t appear in Journey Analytics (the dash with all JOs) either.

 

I know email analytics can be delayed sometimes but this is quite a small audience compared to other JOs that still manage to get them showed within minutes.. It’s been almost 3 hours since the schedule and I’m really confused with the actual status.. 

 

Is there any other place I can look?

Hallelujah, they started to appear in the Stepwise report and in the Activity tab

  • 693 emails were sent for Email 1

Email Lov V2 shows sent timestamp as 4/28/2026 10:40 PM, which is 3:10 hours after the JO schedule.. still not sure when the emails were sent

 

I think it would be very beneficial to have a hard status for sent. The other analytics can wait, but at least the sent or logs to be visible asap :D

Unfortunately not a new issue. This idea has been “new” for awhile. 

 

It’s definitely problematic when stakeholders want confirmation that a JO has launched, but all you can do is quote support articles and say “we might have more info soon.”
