Writing this post so anybody who experiences this in the future can avoid the stress! 

 

JO Programs Participants can stall or get stuck in the ‘New’ state for a period of time (usually minutes but sometimes hours if a large number of participants) due to Gainsight backend queuing delays.  This has only happened to me once in past year of JO Program management where I’ve sent out hundreds of programs so it is rare.

We ran into the same issue this morning, and you posting this was so helpful! 

Has anyone run into a situation where once the participants start coming into the program after a delay only a small percentage of them do? 

We scheduled the program to send 3 hours ago, about an hour ago 600 of 1500 sent, but we have not seen additional sends since then. 

@dan_wiegert, @kstim, @sarahmiracle since you had insights on the original issue, do you have anything that can shed a light on what we’re experiencing?
