What are these Office Hours good for? These sessions are a great way to:
- Connect live with a Gainsight CS CSM
- Ask questions around health scoring, playbooks, CTAs, reporting, and real-world use cases
- Learn from other CS users and see how they're approaching similar challenges
- Get quick, actionable guidance without needing to schedule a 1:1

- Frequency: Once per week
- Schedule: Wednesdays at 12 PM ET
- Format: Open Q&A with a Gainsight CS CSM and fellow CS users
- Who should attend: Customers looking to get the most out of Gainsight CS. These sessions are not for Admin configuration questions. Please see note below.
