Hello,

If you want to create report for a specific company, you can navigate to -

Report Builder > Activity Timeline (object from Matrix Data that stores Timeline information) > Choose fields you want to view.

Now to drill down the report for a specific company and show the last 3 timeline entries -

1. Navigate to the Report settings options in the report to view only the recent Activity timeline for a specific company.

Here, as per the use-case, I have opened the Report settings ( the small gear icon in yellow ribbon at the Report ), went on to selecting the Ranking and Sorting, selected Created Date under Select Field, Order By Descending to get the recent/last Timeline activity and Limit value as 3 to only see the last 3 activity timeline posted. (refer to the below screenshot)

You can either put a filter criteria like in the below screenshot that shows the filter on company name field to drill on a specific Company -

You can also search for any other company by directly navigating to the ‘search here’ box under Company field and it’ll fetch you the recent 3 Activity Timeline for a searched company.
