Last Modified Name & Date for Summary Section Comment box?

Sometimes non-CSMs enter comments and they don't leave initials or the date.

Is there a way to identify who the last person was to leave/edit a comment in the Summary section of CS360? Either by building a report (which i was unable to do) or if GS will be including labels which display the last person to modify a comment & the date (kind of like with CTAs - last modified by, created date, modified date, etc).

    Thanks for posting, Johnny. There is some new functionality we are working on that should help with this, but here are a couple fo ways of getting this information today:
    • Enable history tracking on the comments field. 
              



              


    • Enable feed tracking, if you are using Customer Info level chatter.
