Hi There,





There is a field in the Customer Info object called 'Latest NPS Score'. I would like to know if the field is being updated automatically with the latest score whenever we get a response or should I create a rule in order to store data in this field?

This field is not populated automatically, you will have to create a rule to update this field.

Do you know why I can't find this field in the Rules Engine and Report Builder?

@Jill, nope.. I still don't know why this field is missing.





I added a new field with the same name to the Customer Info object and I'm using this field instead.
