Leveraging Tokens in Comments Section of CTA
+1I am trying to add tokens to a CTA so that our team can identify what caused the CTA to trigger. When I add the tokens to the 'Comments' section, the token does not run. Any suggestions?
Hi - I have been confused by this too. I think the fix is to change the value for "Post update to chatter and/or comments:" to something other than "Never".
+1Thanks! Updating the "Post update to chatter and/or comments" worked! We do not have chatter enabled so I don't believe it will post there but having it in the comments is perfect. Thanks again!
