Is there a way to link a standalone Objective CTA to a Success Plan? We have a CSM who created a standalone CTA to track a certain project and now wants the CTA to be nested inside a larger Success Plan. I’ve tried pulling the CTA record up in Data Management and couldn’t edit the Success Plan field. I also tried adding the SP ID in CTA layout and didn’t let me edit here either.
Once a CTA has been created you can’t link it to a success plan retroactively. You’ll have to create a copy of it in the success plan. You could use the Associated Records to link any Timeline activities to the new CTA, and close out the old one.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
