Thanks for reaching out. Gainsight does not currently offer an integration with Microsoft Teams that allows you to log Activities directly to a customer from a Teams meeting, similar to the integration available with Zoom.
The Gainsight Sally bot can be added to Microsoft Teams to access Gainsight-related information, but it does not include the capability to log Activities directly from a Teams meeting.
