Hello Team,

 

We have configured the picklist in the Search Fields section along with other search fields on the Success Plan and Cockpit pages. However, the lookup searches on the Success Plan and Cockpit details pages are not returning results when we perform a search. When we remove the picklist, the searches work as expected.

So when you add the picklist, the searches do not work as expected.

Sounds like a bug to me?


We have this same issue too...


I don't see how this is an enhancement; this should be classified as a bug.


Customer who this request was created for here - I’ll keep this brief but suffice to say this absolutely is a bug. Originally, this was classified as as bug when I reported it. And then reversed to an enhancement request. Fortunately, after several months of spirited debate, it has been reconfirmed as a bug. 


If this is indeed a bug, can we get a timeline for a fix? This is still affecting our org. Also, there is another similar community post here:
