Mass edit CTA to move to a different relationship

We have some CTAs that were created at the account level that we need moved to the relationship level.  Is there a way to do this via mass edit or other mechanism that does not involve recreating the CTA?

    Yes; we recreated the CTAs at the relationship level and deleted the ones at the account level.

    Yes; we recreated the CTAs at the relationship level and deleted the ones at the account level.
