MRR Snapshot report by month

I'm looking to create a report that gives me a table that displays MRR (or any other Adoption data tracked) with Accounts in rows and Months in columns.  Idea is to get an export of the data for all of my accounts.  I have attached a screen shot of what I am looking for.  



Is there a way to pull this data out now?

    This would need pivoting capability in report builder. This feature is in our roadmap. Actual timing is TBD.
