Gainsight timeline :- Would it be possible to update Meeting Type to allow selection of multiple options? This would enable to tag the timeline entry with multiple meeting types as most meetings cover a variety of topics.
We use a custom picklist on the Meeting Activity type in order to accomplish exactly this.
