Hi, Our company is undergoing two mergers and as a result we have three different Salesforce instances. Can I connect all three instances into my Gainsight environment and are there any limitations with the second and third connections? Any real-time sync or two way sync issues to be aware of?

You can connect 2 SFDC instances, but there will be some limitations in terms of OOB jobs (you’ll have to create custom jobs for many of the default jobs for the second connection) and you can only link one of the two to Gainsight, meaning there’ll be some other restrictions too (all listed in the article above). 

In short, there are many limitations when there are 2, and 3 isn’t an option.
