Hi, Im looking for some documentation on how Click rates are  calculated in Journey Analytics. I did a search in the doc and couldn’t find anything, might have missed it.

Specifically trying to remember if one contact clicks on the same link 10x, is that logged as 1 click or 10 clicks. And how forwarded email clicks are tracked. Thanks.

This doc defines the click rate as “ the percentage of clicked emails out of opened emails for the Company or Relationship”. That would be the unique count of contacts who clicked divided by the unique count of contacts who opened. So a multi-clicker should not skew the click rate, as I read the doc.
