How can I create CTAs via rules engine in such a way that all the CTAs on different child with same parent account have the same CTA owner?

Hey!
Here’s what I think we’re looking to accomplish:
- Populate CTAs for several accounts that all roll up to a single Parent account.
- All CTAs created need to have the same Owner
If I am following this correctly, you could begin the Rule with a pull on the Company object that filters for just those accounts that where the Parent Account = [ID or Name of the account]. Once you have isolated those records, you can use the Setup Action and configure the Default Owner to be the desired User.
Note: you’ll need to include the Company ID (GSID) in the pull and the desired CTA owner needs to be a Gainsight User.
